The Account Sales Executive position is at PreEmptive Solution?s North American Headquarters in Mayfield Village, Ohio.
PreEmptive is looking to hire an Account Sales Representative. We are seeking a skilled, self-motivated, aggressive and charismatic Account Sales Representative to pursue direct software sales. The Account Sales Representative will be responsible for inbound leads and generating new business from those leads. The Sales Representative is required to account manage existing customers and sell more into those existing accounts. The Sales Representative will call on organizations that develop both in-house and/or commercial software applications. The Sales Representative will be expected to initiate, negotiate and close opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship skills and will have a background in technology solution sales. This is a transactional sales role and the successful individual will be self-motivated, personable and able to navigate prospect organizations, upsell existing customers and handle inbound leads.
The candidate will produce proposals and presentations for potential clients to communicate the value of PreEmptive Solution?s family of products and be responsible for executing an aggressive plan to profitably grow revenue and expand the client base within the assigned territory. This person will forecast, review and track campaign performance.
Strong relationship, prospecting and negotiating skills
One to two years sales experience
Excellent communication skills
Software or IT background is a plus
