Organization and Purpose
The Account Service Manager responsibilities are to develop, manage, and increase the awareness and utilization of the PLAC Test as part of a comprehensive CV risk assessment and to grow overall PLAC revenues within the assigned territory.
Scope and Impact
The Account Service Manager will expand business through direct healthcare provider education within strategic accounts in partnership with Distribution and Laboratory partners within an assigned geography. The Account Service Manager will be required to work with selected Laboratory partner sales and service representatives approximately 85% of their time aligning sales message to expand overall comprehensive CV diagnostic testing.
Responsible for business development and meeting all sales goals assigned for the territory
Work effectively and productively within the company?s sales and marketing team.
Able to build and maintain strong working relationship with partner company sales and service team members
Develop and maintain superior relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
Consistently exhibit a high level of proficiency and expertise in discussing and demonstrating the company?s product, as well as all related diagnostic products as required. Possesses a sound working knowledge of the diagnostic reimbursement landscape.
Facilitates and conducts all required customer training programs.
Routinely conduct and manage sales promotions related to the assigned territory.
Complete all administrative duties in a timely fashion and work within the specified budget.
Consistently execute all field sales activities with a high degree of professionalism in accordance with established promotional guidelines
