Required Education: High School Diploma and 2-4 years highly developed client service skills and excellent knowledge of client service technology and methodology; very good knowledge of Integrated Mobile products and services, wireless background preferred.
Job Summary: The Account Services Manager is a critical role in delivering Integrated Mobile?s services to clients and ensuring successful client experiences that are consistent with IM?s high standards. The ASM is the account level point-of-contact for multiple clients and is responsible for serving account level transactions. The AM will also be proactive in identifying potential opportunities for on-going client satisfaction and taking action to address those opportunities.
Description/ Responsibilities:
? Maintains active relationship with client telecom/IT personal
? Documents wireless policy and carrier standards for client
? Supports the Account Relationship Manager in ensuring that all client deliverables are met in an effective, efficient and timely manner
? Assists Account Relationship Manager in measuring key performance indicators for assigned clients and ensures service goals are met in a timely manner
? Documents iCore processing rules, maintains the asset database (including asset review and update, asset reconciliation with carrier and client information and completed service requests and incident tickets), maintains service catalogs, provides client specific reporting and analysis, assists Engagement Manager in production of QBR
? Ensures all tickets and service incidences meet client specific SLA?s. Is point of escalation for service incidents that cannot be resolved through standard procedures.
? Ensures orders are processed in a timely basis. QA?s order exceptions.
? Ensures all account level, billing and order tickets are completed within designated SLA
? Establishes and maintains positive relationship with assigned carrier reps
? Resolves monthly defects issues identified by the Expense Analyst
? Provides iWin and MyWin training for clients POC?s and administrators
? Broadcasts pertinent information on projects, changes or updates to appropriate internal departments
? Presents pertinent client information via Client Connection
? Fosters both internal and external customer relations by providing timely and courteous response to customer inquiry and requests.
