POSITION: Account Services Representative
LOCATION: Charlotte, NC
?Become highly proficient with using Portfolio Center
?Reconcile client portfolios against custody statements
?Resolve variances in a timely manner
?Assist in the automation of the reconciliation process
?Performance calculations and reporting
?Maintain written procedures
?Maintain client records and files
?Client interaction/Client Servicing
?Internal and external reporting
?Bachelor?s degree; preferably in Finance or Accounting
?2 + years of experience in the registered advisory, brokerage, financial services or related industry.
?Experience supporting financial applications preferred, including trade posting, reporting, and exception handling / troubleshooting.
?Experience working with and/or supporting multi-use applications preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.
?Familiarity with Portfolio Center, Advent, or other accounting software a plus.
?Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
?Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
?Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
?Self-starter with strong leadership skills
?Ability to act as a fiduciary for our customers.
?Must be flexible, reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality with all matters.
