The VINDICO Associate Sales Representative (ASR) is responsible for the day to day management of a large CPG client account as well as identifying opportunities within the client?s current business structure. Establishing strong service oriented relationships with account leads, planners, buyers, analytics, ad operations and digital directors with agency partners is essential. The VINDICO ASR is expected to leverage existing holding company agreements with the primary goal of increasing usage of the VINDICO platform and its various products. Digital Video is a complicated and hard to use platform and the VINDICO ASR is charged with illuminating the various ways our products and services make the digital media and advertising landscape easier to use.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Act as main point of contact on existing agency relationships to collect, package and hand-off the required assets for upcoming campaign launches.
Work closely with Director of Sales and Account Executive to evaluate and define sales growth opportunities within the existing account structure.
Collaborate with Analytics to setup client reports and gain valuable insights on campaign performance.
Provide clients with recurring updates on status and performance. Include valuable insights wherever possible.
Proactively set up meetings with all client and publisher teams within assigned account coverage area and agencies
Work closely with Account Management and Campaign Management to ensure new and existing client campaign expectations are communicated internally
Work closely with Product to define and create additional sales opportunities
Interface with 4th party vendors to clearly communicate VINDICO?s technical capabilities, processes, timelines and individual campaign status.
Prior digital media sales or agency experience is essential. Previous platform experience either in a sales or operations capacity (ie. Pointroll, Mediamind, DART, Adap.tv, Eyewonder, Freewheel, Liverail, Innovid, Unicast, Eyeview) is preferred. Superior presentation and communication skills are a must. Education and/or Experience:
2+ years of digital sales or agency experience
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Highly proficient Internet skills
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
