The Account Specialist aids their assigned sales team in all aspects of campaign life cycle including initial planning of accounts. They also service the client?s day to day needs to ensure expected delivery of their online campaigns and client satisfaction.
Support sales staff in all day-to-day activities.
Service client needs on a daily basis, including updates on campaign performance mid-flight, during, and post analysis/final billing.
Draft and execute requests for proposals, presentations, and various reports under deadline pressure, ensuring best practices are followed.
Provide pricing guidelines and network impression availability for all campaign proposals.
Effectively communicate client objective and campaign goals to Account Manager to ensure campaign success.
Maintain proactive line of communication with clients, providing constant support.
Conduct follow-up calls for signed Insertion Orders, rate requests and creatives.
Respond to and facilitate requests from marketers, online advertisers, and agencies.
Interface with campaign delivery teams (Account Managers) to ensure campaigns are launching, pacing, tracking, and performing to client expectations and provide regular performance reports to sales team.
Utilize third party measurement tools to provide market insight to sales team.
Assist in planning and scheduling meetings for sales team members.
Run daily reports in third party ad servers, i.e. Atlas/Dart.
Compare client numbers to Specific Media?s numbers, checking for discrepancies.
Demonstrate an excellent understanding of Specific Media?s products and services.
Communicate issues with sales & delivery teams.
Provide final delivery report for clients to ensure accurate billing.
Manage a sophisticated database of sales contacts.
RequirementsEXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess superb organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and manage priorities.
Must have excellent details skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Must be a highly motivated and team player.
Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint
Exposure to Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Aptitude for working with custom software systems
One year sales support experience
