is currently seeking an Account Specialist to join our media sales team in San Francisco/New York. You will be responsible for providing the account management team with the necessary support for all pre and post-sale efforts. You will work directly with designated Account Management leads to complete excel RFP documents and product visuals needed to support the sales pitch deck. You will work as part of an Account Management team responsible for managing multiple campaigns from start to finish with efficiency and professionalism. Day to day activities include working closely with ad operations to ensure each campaign is reaching its objectives, reviewing production and pacing reports, proactively identifying anything that is noteworthy, problematic, positive, opportunistic, etc.
Includes, but are not limited to:
Pre-Sales RFP Completion
Responsible for working with Ad-Ops team to request inventory availability
Entering data into 3rd party proposal systems like iDesk or Mediavisor
Ensure all product visuals/creative mock ups are created for pitch deck
Post-Sales Account Management
Working with the sales reps at 90% stage of the sales process to confirm that inventory proposed is still available
Routing IO through internal approval process
Closely monitoring campaign pacing and performance to ensure full delivery and achievement of campaign objectives
Work with Finance team at beginning of the month to help reconcile billing
1-2 years digital media or mobile experience in a marketing role with an agency, marketer or media vendor.
Ability to review campaign reporting and make strategic optimizations to reach/improve campaign goals.
Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and creating solutions
Outstanding people skills. Strong in-person, written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational and analytic skills
Self-motivated with a strong ability to support and motivate others
Ability to work well under pressure and proven ability to meet deadlines
Adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and excellent self-management skills
Proficient in DART/Atlas/MediaMind and other ad-server/ad-reporting software
Bachelor?s degree in Marketing/Advertising/Business
