Account Manager Overview Criteo is in search of organized self-motivated Account Managers to join our Account Management team in Boston, MA. You will be working with ad networks and advertisers from the contract to implementation as well as help with optimizing our ad campaigns for both Criteo and inventory partners. We are very excited to be in the US as a profitable and growing company, but most of all, being positioned as a global leader in personalized retargeting solutions! You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and upselling post sale communications with our client partners. This position will be responsible for analyzing an assortment of metrics for all ads served, communicating issues/concerns to the Sales team, reconciling invoices, and being the team?s ?Go-To? person for any questions. You will monitor and optimize existing campaigns to help with increasing our revenue and margins, along with cultivating a strong and productive relationship with clients. Specifically, the individual will be accountable for the following:
Analyze internet advertising campaign metrics to determine the performance for ads being served from each advertisers. (i.e. CTR?s, CPC?s, margins, and other metrics).
Partner closely with the sales team to ensure that the onboarding of publishers is accomplished in a timely and efficient manner.
Some knowledge of ad serving systems (i.e. DART, OpenX, etc?)
Responsible for optimization, along with quality assurance, during pre-launch stage, to ensure successful onboarding of advertisers.
Proven experience in supporting a team of 3-5 sales professionals.
