Account Supervisor - Engagements
The right candidate will become an expert in our clients? business and serve as the clear voice of the client within our company.? It will be the Account Supervisor?s job to ensure that our clients are being well served, while simultaneously advancing our positioning and growing our client relationships.?
6+? years of Account Management experience
Ability to rapidly grasp client objectives
Ability to rapidly grasp technical concepts
Ability to manage Accounts with many moving parts
Exceptional client management relationship skills
Proven ability to manage and grow marquee accounts
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
Candidate Should Possess
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to give persuasive presentations that establish personal credibility
Ability to manage multiple client contacts
Ability to demonstrate exceptional team management skills
Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks
Relentless attention to detail
Ability to successfully navigate through MLR processes at concept and content reviews
Is dedicated to meeting the expectations of customers; gets first-hand client information and uses it for improvements in services; acts with the client in mind; establishes and maintains effective relationships with client and gains their trust and respect. Acts as solution architect in the pre-sale and post-sale process.
Developing Direct Reports
Provides challenging and stretching tasks and assignments; holds frequent development discussions; is aware of each direct report's career goals; constructs compelling development plans and executes them
Responsible for monitoring and managing clients budgets as well as the financial performance of the team.
Travel to client meetings will be between 20-25% of the time. Mostly US (both east and west coasts) and possibly international.
