DescriptionThe Account Support Coordinator (ASC) is part of a multi-function team whose main purpose is to provide ongoing sales support to its internal business partners including Sales, Service Delivery and Offer Management. This position is responsible for conducting new order review to ensure order entry is timely, from both a product and sales perspective, and maintains accurate record keeping ensuring correct reporting of sales, commissions, and business data. This position maximizes customer satisfaction with Integra Telecom products and services by supporting all types of non-complex product orders.
Requirements
?High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
?2 or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, demonstrating the ability to resolve basic to moderate customer issues and to effectively interface with internal and external customers while researching an issue (i.e. providing service information).
?Requires the ability to apply current processes and policies in all aspects of the job by acquiring and becoming proficient in Integra?s system of interrelated procedures, data entry and record keeping. Apply learned principles and processes to solve everyday service issues and apply problem resolution techniques to solve a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists.
?Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic or schedule form.
?Requires a demonstrated understanding of billing, scheduling and database systems. Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office and database software and concepts.
?Effective verbal and written communication skills sufficient to manage difficult interactions and facilitate conflict resolution. Negotiate resolutions and know when to enlist support and assistance from others.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
?2 or more years of experience working in the telecommunications industry with direct interaction with customers.
?10-key proficiency and typing skills.
