Description:The Account Support Coordinator will be responsible for report generation (including both operational and overall business focused reports) and analysis for all North American and Latin American accounts, Vesta?s tier 1 telecommunications and stored value partners. Additionally, this role will also be responsible for the day-to-day resolution of individual end-user executive escalations.
Ability to clearly and fluently communicate in both English and Spanish in a timely manner will be required in this position.
External - Manage Vesta to Client communications about individual help requests that are submitted
Internal ? Generate and analyze daily and monthly reports to be provided to the internal account team
Process ? Constantly improve upon the frequency and quality of reports and communications before they are sent to clients
Work with Account Managers to manage post-sales client programs to insure 100% client satisfaction; report and presentation generation completed with full attention to detail and in a timely manner, and to full specifications of client goals as committed.
Support multiple account managers in the generation and analysis of daily, weekly and monthly reports, including operational reviews, financial reviews and overall business summaries.
Quickly and accurately provide answers for escalated client issues.
Ensure progress is tracked, monitored and reported for any long term research projects
Proactively manage workflow processes
Provide operational direction and issue resolution for client business
Fluent in English and Spanish
BA/BS degree preferred, not required
Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills
Demonstrated analytical ability and quantitative skills
