Responsibilities:

Provide timely support to end-users and clients for GetWellNetwork system devices and televisions.
Ensure immediate resolution of system issues and client complaints.
Communicate regularly with GetWellNetwork Support team.
Use GetWellNetwork tracking system for reporting and resolving issues/complaints.
Monitor system performance and keep detailed documentation on performance.
Provide level 1 application support and system maintenance.
Perform system and application upgrades as directed by GetWellNetwork technical staff.
Maintain in-room equipment and inventory.

Qualifications:

Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Basic IT/Networking experience preferred (Cat 5, Fiber Switched, and DOCSIS Networks).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual labor duties.
