We are seeking an Accountant to help our accounting team with all things number related. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will help our company and the talented accounting team scale our accounting operations. This is a critical role for us and you will be rewarded with career advancement for a job well done.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist with our multi-entity monthly close
Assist with an ERP implementation (Quickbooks Online to Intacct)
Manage and ensure accounting data is accurately maintained
Ongoing automation projects (Excel and various systems)
Reconcile bank accounts
Manage corporate credit cards payments and follow up as needed
Assist with employee expense reimbursements
Assist with payroll duties as needed
Ad hoc analysis and reporting
WHAT YOU?LL NEED
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance
2-3 years professional experience
Experience in a start-up or high growth environment (highly desired)
Advanced Excel
Work well independently while knowing when to speak up to ask for help
Ability to use magic powers to streamline/automate the manual tasks
Excellent communications skills
Experience with ERP implementation
CPA candidate
Be enthusiastic about Uber!
