The Caradigm finance team is looking for an experienced finance business partner to be part of the team that is building the next billion dollar business in healthcare. The role, which reports to the Chief Accounting Officer, is responsible for providing support to the accounting, financial reporting, and controllership functions. This role will provide day to day support in financial transaction processing, banking, compliance and controllership. Additionally, the role entails creating and improving reporting and analysis tools in support of the finance function.
Essential Responsibilities:
? Timely and accurate completion of daily transactions including but not limited to bank wires and check runs, payroll and approval of customer orders
? Supporting monthly close activities including but not limited to financial analysis, journal entry support and documentation and balance sheet reconciliations
? Building Excel-based tools to improve multiple aspects of the accounting function, including but not limited to compiling and analyzing global financial results, monitoring the functioning and effectiveness of controls and extracting and analyzing financial data from the various systems producing it
? Understanding and analyzing the ERP (Peoplesoft) and related internal controls. Proactively suggesting and implementing continuous improvement in its efficiency and effectiveness.
? Leading various ad hoc projects and strategic analysis
? Partner with other finance team members to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and partner with others throughout the organization on projects geared toward improving processes
? Develop positive relationships with people in other departments throughout Caradigm
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:

? Experience improving control environments and business processes, building Excel-based tools to drive efficiency and support financial reporting
? Bachelor?s degree in accounting, finance, business or other related discipline
