Accounting and Finance Support Associate Uber

We are seeking an Accounting and Finance Support Associate to help us with financial operations here at Uber. You will be helping with a range of functions including general accounting, finance, fraud, inventory, payments, and ad-hoc data collection/ reporting. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide general support to our accounting and finance team
Work with AP team for data entry and weekly check run
Track and follow up with our business partners regarding our Perk Program
Investigate potentially fraudulent transactions using 3rd party and internal tools
Work with banking and payments partners to process chargebacks and dispute where appropriate
Identify potential process improvements
Coordinate the process of ordering and tracking driver phones and other inventory
Provide support to the international expansion process
WHAT YOU?LL NEED
B.A. or B.S. (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
1-2 years of accounting or finance experience (internships included)
Strong Microsoft Office Excel skills
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners
Be a problem solver at heart with a genuine interest in learning by helping
Experience with SQL/Access (a plus)
Be enthusiastic about Uber!
