We offer exceptional professional and financial growth potential.The buuteeq Accounting Assistant has exceptional organization skills and is maniacal about the details. This individual will focus on accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other accounting functions. This is a part-time position.
Responsibilities
Processing of customer invoices and collections.
Work closely with our operations team, sales team, and customers to ensure accurate records and timely customer payments.
Processing and verification necessary to ensure accurate payment of all invoices on a timely basis.
Month-end closing procedures and reconciliation of accounts, as needed.
Assist with payroll and related tax payments/reports.
Various ad hoc projects.
Requirements
Bachelor?s degree in accounting/finance preferred or undergraduate working towards bachelor?s degree.
2+ years related accounting experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel and Word.
Ability to multi-task.
Detail oriented.
Self-starter who can work independently.
Strong organizational skills.
Experience with Quick Books Premier is a plus.
