Join Quidel on a 5-6 month assignment in an Accounts Receivable area of focus. We are seeking an Accounting Associate in A/R to help our finance team while we expand our internal systems and due to corporate growth of our organization.
The contract Accounting Associate A/R will provide expertise and know-how of the Accounts Receivable function, and ensure transactions are completed timely and accurately.
Reviews and maintains company accounts receivable.
Identifies and resolves complex customer and vendor disputes and discrepancies in a timely manner.
Advises and assists other finance personnel in resolving complex business issues.
Identifies IS support requirements.
Trains other team members, and exhibits an in-depth understanding of other organizations? goals.
Carries out duties in compliance with established business policies.
Requirements:
High School Diploma and six years related experience, preferably including 2 years at Quidel, or Associate?s degree in Accounting or Finance and six years related experience, or Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance and two years related experience.
