Description:Passport Health Communications, Inc., a nationally recognized pioneer developing innovative solutions for the healthcare industry and one of Healthcare Informatics Top 100 Healthcare Companies, is seeking an Accounting Business Analyst.

The Accounting Business Analyst is responsible for building, maintaining and operating Financial Systems applications. The key aspect of the position is to act as an administrator of financial systems, providing efficient, accurate and easy to use tools for financial data collection, consolidation and reporting. The incumbent will provide ongoing support process capabilities for these systems.
Duties:? Develops new reporting and views. Maintains the existing financial systems to support data integration between various programs and databases.
? Coordinates with internal and external resources to maintain the performance of the financial reporting tools. Identifies, investigates, and resolves data integrity issues.
? Assess the impact of organizational and operational changes to current business processes and systems.
? Performs special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:? Bachelors Degree in business administration with a concentration in finance or accounting is required.
? Must have a minimum of 5 years experience with accounting software administration, preferably Infor?s MPC, Hyperion, Outlooksoft or Cognos TM1.
? Ability to use a variety of data query tools (SQL, Reporting Services). Advanced skills in Excel.
? Working knowledge of GAAP and the ability to review and perform moderately advanced financial calculations and/or accounting methods.
? Requires the ability to communicate with internal customers in order to obtain and/or provide explanations and/or modifications on technical or other complex concepts.

CPA and work in public accounting is a plus, MBA a plus.
