About the Role:
WhaleShark Media is looking for an Accounts Coordinator to assist partner managers with advertiser and network inquiries, reporting and other partner management functions.
Responsibilities:
Provide email and phone support for advertiser inquiries.
Manage advertiser email inquiries for partner management team and work with merchandising team to verify requests are implemented.
Assist with pulling data from 3rd party and internal systems and generating reports used to analyze website and partner performance.
Support Partner Managers on various account management tasks including management of account information in Salesforce.com.
Support partner managers in managing client relationships.
Requirements:
Recent college graduate.
1+ years' experience in customer/account support, marketing or project management.
Knowledge of online advertising, affiliate marketing, or B2C e-commerce industry and technology a plus.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel. SalesForce experience a plus.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Self motivated and enjoys working in a fast paced and results driven environment.
