The Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for the full cycle processing of invoices for a select group of field locations and departments. The Accounts Payable Administrator compiles and maintains accounting records for all payable systems. This includes reviewing all invoices prior to input and contacting internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies with invoices prior to processing payments via the system.This is an ideal position for an Accounts Payable professional who is looking to work within a stable and growing organization and who has a proven track record of matching invoices, reconciling discrepancies, and processing payments with little to no direct supervision.
The Accounts Payable Administrator:
Issues purchase orders ensuring accurate information and proper approvals
Collects invoices and clarifies any questionable invoice information
Enters invoices into system for approval and payment
Researches and answers vendor inquiries regarding invoice payments
Maintains purchase order invoice and correspondence files.
Reconciles invoice payments
Enters and maintains business operating system
Answer telephones
Types correspondence and reports
Performs other duties as assigned

A successful candidate has/is:
A High School Diploma or GED
A minimum of 3 years of experience with Oracle (3 point match is preferred)
Excellent interpersonal, communications, and customer service skills
Able to type 60+ words per minute
PC proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Able to prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines
Able to manage multiple tasks and high volume workload
Able to receive work direction from multiple people
Able to work overtime as needed
