What You Will Be Doing:
As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will report directly to the Controller. We are looking for someone who is efficient, energetic and has strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process vendor invoices while ensuring appropriate approvals are in place
In charge of the migration from A/P checks to wire processing
Ensure accurate coding, inputting, and filing of paperwork
Maintain the A/P system including vendor profiles
Monthly reconciliation of A/P sub ledger to general ledger
Audit and process employee expense/Amex card reports in a timely manner
Preparation of check run including all supporting documents
Responsible for annual 1099 reporting
Become key member of the E-Commerce Team in reconciling credit card cash to Bank and G/L
Assist in cash collections
Assist in filing of Sales tax Returns online with each State
Perform other duties as necessary
Requirements:
Minimum of one to two years of related experience
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with ERP system preferred
Ability to meet deadlines
