Accounts Payable Coordinator AppFolio
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for timely processing of payables including, invoice processing, preparing required journal entries and account reconciliations. This position may also require preparing expense report audits and handling special projects as they arise.
Full Cycle Accounts Payable.
Entering vendor bills into the accounting system.
Reviewing bills for accuracy, necessary approvals, and PO matching.
Maintaining great customer relationships by responding quickly and accurately to both internal (employee) and external (vendor) questions and requests for information.
Participating in special projects and preparing ad hoc reports as required.
Assist with 1099 preparation.
Skills and Knowledge:
BA/BS degree in Business or Accounting preferred or 5+ years in Accounts Payable.
Good understanding of fundamental accounting practices and procedures.
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills (both written & oral).
Intermediate to advanced in Excel.
