Accounts Payable / Payroll Specialist Alert Logic

Responsibilities:

The Accounts Payable/ Payroll Specialist will be responsible for the policies, procedures, and day to day functions surrounding the Accounts Payable and Payroll processes. The ideal candidate should have a solid working knowledge of the Purchase to Pay process and experience working with ADP to process semi-monthly payroll. The position will also assist in other special projects assigned by the Controller. This is an opportunity for an individual to be groomed to take on additional responsibilities and provide long-term career growth.

Required Skills:

Possess a strong working knowledge of the purchase to pay process
3-5 years? experience in Accounts Payable and Payroll processing
Experience working with ADP to process payroll ? including time collection
Experience with Paychex? big plus
Proficiency in MS Office required
Detail and process oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Experience with Fixed Assets Accounting a big plus
Experience with ADP, NetSuite Cloud ERP, and Salesforce.com desired
