The Accounts Receivable/Billing Analyst will play a key role in many aspects of the accounting cycle, including, recording, analyzing, and communicating payables and receivables, understanding customer and vendor contracts, accurately translating contracts into billings, and processing payables to minimize any possible margin losses. The analyst will research and respond to all inquiries from customers and colleagues, maintain the invoice and contract files in an orderly fashion, communicate and work with the operations team regarding billing issues, and analyze customer account profitability to determine causes for fluctuations on a monthly basis. Understanding of accounting cutoffs, deadlines, and accruals is required.
