Brightcove is looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual to assist the Finance team in data management, order processing and collections. Other responsibilities may include cash application, contract data entry and merchant account reconciliation.
Responsibilities
Data entry of new customers
Assist with order processing
Assist with accounts receivable collection efforts
Perform additional financial analyses and projects as necessary
Assist with enforcement of internal control procedures
Qualifications
In pursuit of college degree
Excellent customer service skills
Required to be flexible, detail oriented and organized with the ability to multitask
Professional phone etiquette with a confident, friendly tone
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong MS Excel skills
Experience with Financial Software is a plus
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Ability to resolve conflicts in a productive and professional manner
Location
This position is based in Boston, Massachusetts conveniently located near South Station.
