Responsibilities include:
Make initial contact with new customers to assure correct billing and contact information is secured
Daily collections calls
Identify delinquent customer accounts, determine root cause of issue, and determine appropriate action to secure payment
Review and manage accurate credit and collection files for audit purposes and to assist in the development of collection strategies and processes
Prepare Accounts Receivable reports
Maintain knowledge of activity on all accounts and assure that follow ups are closely monitored
Accountable for delivering monthly cash target
Posting all cash payments on daily basis
Requirements:
Previous (1-2 years) collections experience
College degree preferred
Strong written, verbal and phone communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner
Candidates must have strong Excel skills
Detail oriented
Ability to work in team environment
Results and metrics driven
Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and multi-task
