Position:
XOS Digital, a leading sports media and technology company, has an immediate need for an
Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist to join our Finance team located in the Orlando, FL
office.
Major Responsibilities:
Review and analyze customer contracts in accordance with revenue recognition
policies
Organize and maintain customer purchase agreements, sign off documents and sales
related forms
Work with sales teams to insure that deferred and milestone billings are completed
according to contract terms and job completion
Invoice customers based on agreed terms
Maintain billing logs and create job numbers for new sales
Maintain deferred and unbilled revenue schedules
Reconcile Accounts Receivable ledger to sub ledger, determine inaccuracies and
resolve
