Invoice Central is Billtrust?s most recent product line to take advantage of the growing market for cloud based invoicing and payment services in the Business markets. Invoice central enables Sellers and Buyers to seamlessly implement eBilling and ePayments.
The Acquisition and Activation Manager is a new role focused on building Invoice Central?s base of End-Users ? businesses that receive and pay invoices through Invoice Central. The individual in this role will lead Billtrust?s efforts in acquiring and activating end-users and will be a key member of a new dedicated team focused on launching and growing Billtrust?s entry into this new market segment.
To be successful in this role, the incumbent should have experience with all aspects of creating and managing acquisition and activation programs with efficiency and analytical rigor. S/he must possess deep subject matter expertise on B2B / Small Business customer acquisition and activation via direct and digital marketing. Experience in the Small and Medium Size business is important.
7-10+ years of successful experience with direct marketing ? Email, Web, Direct Mail, Database Marketing
Proven track record of successfully marketing web-based services to Small and Medium Size businesses
Experience building acquisition plans, tracking results and adjusting campaigns
Strong customer focus and past achievement in applying a customer mindset to shape solutions and approach to realize marketplace potential and meet financial goals.
Experience in high growth, entrepreneurial business including a willingness to test and learn
Ability to influence across organizations ? including our customer?s organization
Flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity and unknown
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work with minimal support and resources
High sense of urgency and an entrepreneurial spirit combined with a disciplined analytical approach based upon facts and data
Bachelors Degree in Marketing / Business or other relevant major; MBA preferred
