Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Conduct high volume out-bound prospecting to acquire new lines of business
Ask qualifying questions and position products that best fit customer needs
Present and market Volusion's customer-centric sales model
Educate customers on the value and necessity of the software platform and services
Work cross-functionally to ensure those transactions are processed accurately
Attend product training classes to sharpen industry knowledge
Demonstrate assertiveness in improving Volusion's business plan
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to forge discussions with decision makers.
Demonstrated record of success achieving and exceeding objectives in an inside sales position.
Solid organizational skills Willing to learn and execute various sales tactics
Computer proficiency including MS Office suite and Salesforce. Prior inside sales experience in a performance-driven environment strongly preferred.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work is performed in a fun, casual office environment; must be able to work alternate shifts, occasional weekends and holidays.
