Activation Manager ePrize
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED An ePrize Activation Manager act as day-to-day client advisors and oversee new activations to ensure high-quality and flawless execution. Activation Managers partner with Client Services team members to provide on-time delivery, create deep client partnerships and grow relationships.
Description and Responsibilities:
Manages the overall execution of a client specific activation.
Acts as the primary day-to-day client liaison and advisor throughout the activation execution lifecycle.
Work with client to understand the scope of the website activation and their brand.
Engage Client Services team resources to build activation agents.
Monitors activation progress against the proposed plans including budgets, timelines, quality and criteria.
Manages business within assigned accounts in a way that assures high client satisfaction and achieves clients? desired program results.
Represents the client?s needs appropriately to internal team members and acts as the focal point for the client.
Acts as an internal quality control check for all activations to ensure they meet client requirements.
Job Specifications and Competencies:
1-2 years in project management or work within the traffic department of an agency
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and planning skills
Able to translate technical requirements to marketing and non-technical partners
Highly organized, extremely detail oriented and able to balance multiple priorities
Able to build strong, resilient relationships with clients and be viewed as a partner
MS Excel proficiency
