Ad Operations Account Coordinator Yelp
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Yelp is looking for an Account Coordinator who has exceptional communication skills, is detail oriented, and has the ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time. The Account Coordinator responsibilities include: supporting the post-sales process, ensuring flawless campaign implementation and billing process. This person will be interacting daily with Account Executives, Account Managers and Ad Traffickers to ensure consistent and smooth campaign life cycle.
Responsibilities (What'll you do?):
Assist Account Managers with sales process by checking inventory, completing spec sheets, entering campaign related data into internal/external order management systems and the ad platform.
Support campaign launches by processing insertion orders and reviewing T?s and C?s to match Yelp and IAB guidelines and standard.
Overseeing a smooth and timely campaign launch.
Support ongoing campaigns by processing change orders and creative changes; monitoring campaigns for accurate delivery and reporting.
Assist the Account Manager with ongoing campaign optimizations, identifying upsell opportunities, providing statistics and updates on a regular basis.
Lead billing process with the finance team. Resolve billing discrepancies and manage the entire billing process until the generation of invoices.
Work closely with Account Executives, Account Managers and Ad Traffickers to communicate any/all changes to campaigns, launch delays, de-activations, delivery issues, billing issues, etc.
Maintain Yelp?s internal sales guidelines and processes, repositories for RFPs and screen shots.
Take on additional account/process related projects as needed.
At least 1 year of Account Coordinator experience at an Internet company required; publisher-side experience highly preferred
Familiarity with third party Ad Serving Solutions (i.e. OAS, DFP/DFA/DART, Atlas, Mediavisor) and third party rich media providers (i.e. PointRoll, Eyeblaster)
Working knowledge of HTML and strong Microsoft Excel skills preferred
Highly detail-oriented individual with a sense of accountability and excellent follow-through skills
Must have can-do and customer service attitude with both internal and external contacts
Must demonstrate flexibility, patience and courteousness
Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities and should have excellent time management skills
Ability to adapt to and operate effectively in fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
Superior written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills
BA/BS degree required
Identify upsells, renewals, and optimization opportunity for each account on a weekly basis.
Own the IO signing process. Process IO?s within 24 hours ensuring accuracy and compliance with Yelp and IAB guidelines.
Maintain and update billing file on a regular basis and monitor each account to ensure >5% scrub rate.
