iCrossing is looking for a motivated individual to join our San Francisco CA Digital Media Team as a Ad Operation Analyst. In this position, you will work closely with cross-discipline client account teams in meeting and exceeding client goals.
Specifically, the Ad Operation Analyst helps with the technical aspects of executing high profile and complex digital media campaigns and the analysis of the performance of those campaigns, including trafficking, reporting and campaign reconciliation. The Ad Operation Analyst will interface with Media Managers responsible for campaign planning, and members of the cross-functional insights and reporting teams.
The Ad Operation Analyst is expected to be a highly motivated individual with a demonstrated knowledge and/or interest in digital marketing and possessing the
drive to learn and master new skills and technologies.
Execute digital media plans through use of third party adserver(s) and/or directly with publishers
Integrate digital media analysis with existing capabilities in search, mobile, and social
Manage and optimize digital media campaigns
Maintain an understanding of industry trends and research industry related media.
Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent work experience.
1 year of experience in online advertising field preferred
Experience with third party ad servers, DART preferred
Experience with Facebook campaign implementation and management preferred
Strong working knowledge of excel and power point
Working knowledge of Nielsen @plan, AdRelevance and Comscore preferred
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
