THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Magnetic is looking for an experienced Ad Ops/Trafficking manager who has background in ad campaign management. This is a fast-paced and data-intensive position. It involves real-time reporting and optimization techniques that leverage multiple data points across many platforms. The successful candidate will have passion for ownership and finesse execution by utilizing their technical and optimization skills.
? Manage start to finish campaign process, tracking pixels, troubleshooting tags, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
? Analyzes performance metrics for all online ad campaigns, measuring dozens of variables across multiple dimensions
? Identifies trends in data and deciphers underlying causes. Proactively make changes based on given data to increase in performance and margins
? Utilizes multivariate testing and other analytics tools to improve insights
? Makes changes to campaigns to maximize performance or delivery, based on analyses
? Stay abreast of trends in online advertising, product development, and yield optimization best practices
? Monitor and generate reporting used inter-intra departments.
? 2-4 years overall work experience, with 1+ years in online advertising industry
? Extremely analytical with strong math skills and attention to detail
? Experience with ad trafficking (display, video), de-bugging, data collection, ad optimizations
? Expertise in Excel
? Familiarity with web analytics and research methods such as multivariate testing. Ability to translate quantitative numbers into recommended actions
? Ad exchange or Demand Side Platform media buying a big plus
? Bachelor?s degree
