Due to the massive growth we?re seeing in our publisher relationships and advertiser demand, we are looking for a sharp and highly effective Advertising Operations Campaign Manager who is strategic, results-driven, and consistently approaches change with a positive, forward-thinking mindset. Excellent multi-tasking, ability to prioritize with a sense of urgency and embodiment of accountability and teamwork are key attributes for success in the Campaign Management role.
Job Description
Efficiently manage the accurate, timely launch of insertion orders and revisions for Rhythm advertisers.
Implement and troubleshoot HTML templates and QA creative to ensure proper functionality prior to campaign launch.
Proactively troubleshoot ad creative and other issues that affect tracking, implementation, revenue recognition, or reporting and drive resolution.
Monitor active campaigns, develop and implement optimization recommendations, where appropriate, to maximize delivery.
Provide strategic analysis and insight on campaign delivery, performance, and management.
Generate regular campaign performance reports for clients.
Provide customer service support and maintain excellent working relationships with advertisers, publishers, third party vendors, sales, business development, finance and other cross-functional teams to ensure campaign goals and objectives are satisfied.
Proactively work with sales and clients to ensure successful campaigns that meet or exceed client goals.
Collaborate with members of the Ad Operations team to ensure all campaign management priorities and deadlines are met with transparency and precision.
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in digital advertising operations.
Experience trafficking with DART, Atlas and/or other 3rd party tracking systems.
Solid understanding of advertising campaign metrics.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and work in a faced paced environment under the pressure of strict deadlines.
Strong analytical skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be a team player.
Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS and other ad tagging codes/scripts.
4 year college degree or equivalent work experience.
