Ad Operations Specialist Medialets
THE POSITION
The Ad Operations Specialist will work closely with Integrations, Engineering, Creative, and Account teams to support a large, active customer base in the high-growth, ever-changing mobile technology environment.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Medialets is looking for a smart, enthusiastic Ad Operations Specialist who will be able to hit the ground running, quickly learning our technology and product offerings. The successful candidate will be the technical liaison on our unique ad platform and will build and sustain strong relationships with all business, operational, and technical parties.
The candidate will embrace the merger of web technology and mobile advertising and have a skill set that goes beyond a traditional advertising operations profile.
REQUIREMENTS:
Activities include campaign management (ad creation and delivery, reporting and optimization, third-party tag certification); identifying and solving complex ad, data, and app-related issues; communicating the function and scope of our SDK and UI; working with third-party app developers and ad serving platforms; and serving as a technical advisor to Sales and Account teams.
ABOUT YOU:
You have a strong understanding of mobile ad serving and rich media development, including an outstanding knowledge of various advertising platforms, e.g. DART, ADTECH, OAS, Atlas, AdMarvel, etc.
You have experience in quantitative analysis and data mining, as well as a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Your comprehensive understanding of iOS and Android makes you familiar with various debugging applications.
You have the ability to digest complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience, as well as the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and clients simultaneously, and under tight deadlines.

? Minimum of 2 years work experience, including demonstrated experience in ad operations or in a technical client services environment
? Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
? Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
? BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record
