Who We Want:
The AdOps Specialist will be tasked with collaborating with members of the Sales, Business Development, and Finance teams to manage all online advertising on Longboard Media's network of sites.
The AdOps Specialist will be responsible for managing and trafficking online advertising campaigns by monitoring campaign delivery from beginning to end, optimizing as needed, utilizing reporting tools/systems to pull and analyze performance data, checking and managing inventory availability, maintaining and trafficking all insertion orders, and working with sales to track down missing creatives. S/he will interact with internal and external clients to ensure a successful advertising campaign; support Sales with advertising campaign maintenance and provide feedback to the team to improve system tools and process.
Skills and Experience Necessary for the Role:
- 2+ years of experience with DFP (Legacy or Premium) and/or OAS, as well as experience with other 3rd party ad serving systems including Atlas, Eyeblaster, Pointroll
- Experience with DR campaigns
- Strong analytical skills, with extensive knowledge of Excel
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks; ability to prioritize responsibilities; excellent time management
- Proactively investigate and troubleshoot issues (delivery discrepancies, billing disputes, technical issues, etc.) as they arise and communicate solutions to clients, agencies, third-party platforms and/or internal parties
- Ability to work independently with little supervision and under tight deadlines and rapidly changing environment
- Passion for a start up atmosphere and online commerce
Compensation: Healthy base + equity + commission
