Ad Ops Associate Collective

Overview:Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for all aspects of campaign trafficking and management including:
o Enter and schedule campaigns for launch in DoubleClick DFP (DART for Publishers) ad serving platform
o Creative upload, QA and assignment
o In-flight changes to campaigns
o Generate and send necessary creative tags to Collective Media publisher partners as needed
o Publisher payout management and monthly reconciliation
Serve as internal point person for resolution of any trafficking issues with assigned campaigns
Participate in industry events and conferences
Coordinate with Account Executives, Account Managers and Accounting to service sold campaigns and drive client satisfaction
Work on special projects of strategic importance at the direction of management
Requirements:
Candidate should be tech/web savvy, with an interest in expanding their knowledge of technology and the digital advertising world
Strong analytic skills
Intelligent, outgoing individual with interpersonal skills and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable dealing with clients/customers on a daily basis.
Understanding of online advertising industry from either Agency or Ad Network side a plus
Previous experience with online media a plus
Ability to work independently, while being open to direction and guidance
Familiarity with ad serving tools (DART, Eyeblaster, Atlas, PointRoll) a plus
Bachelor's degree from accredited university.
