Ad Ops Campaign Manager Rhythm NewMedia

Rhythm NewMedia is the largest mobile video ad network. We are rapidly expanding our team based on advertiser demand and massive growth in the mobile video market. We are looking for a Director of Marketing to manage all marketing, public relations, social media & communications.

Responsibilities

Efficiently manage the accurate, timely launch of insertion orders and revisions for RNM advertisers
QA creative to ensure proper functionality prior to campaign launch
Monitor running campaigns, and develop and implement optimization recommendations, where appropriate, to maximize delivery
Provide strategic analysis and insight on campaign delivery and management
Generate regular campaign performance reports for clients
Proactively troubleshoot ad creative and other issues that affect tracking, implementation, revenue recognition, or reporting and drive resolution
Provide customer service support and maintain excellent working relationships with advertisers, publishers, 3rd party vendors, sales, business development, finance and other internal teams to ensure campaign goals and objectives are satisfied
Communicate ad specifications and creative lead times to advertisers/agencies
Proactively work with sales and clients to ensure successful campaigns that meet or exceed client goals


Required Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of 2 years experience in digital advertising operations
Experience with DART, Atlas and/or other 3rd party tracking systems
Solid understanding of advertising campaign metrics
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and work in a faced paced environment under the pressure of strict deadlines
Strong analytical skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be a team player
Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS and other ad tagging codes/scripts
4 year college degree or equivalent work experience.
