Opportunity
Healthline, a leader in digital health media, is searching for a passionate, detail oriented, media savvy Site and Advertising Program Manager. The Site Program Management team at Healthline.com is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences by managing both editorial production and complicated advertising programs from campaign planning through execution. This role will work closely with various internal teams such as editorial, sales, marketing, insights, design, product development, site engineering, ad operations, finance, SEM/SEO and more to make our site run smoothly and to bring our largest campaigns from top brand marketers to life.
Responsibilities:
Lead & develop a small team of program managers and production staff. This role is leader and contributor
Manage & communicate execution processes to internal teams
Schedule and conduct production/planning meetings on weekly basis with stakeholders
Manage workflow between internal and external groups to meet deadlines & launch advertising programs on time, with highest quality and within budget
Manage vendor relationships, rate negotiation, deliverables and invoice payables
Understand individual advertising campaign requirements with respect to content and/or media-based programs to determine deliverables, assign work, and manage queues for internal and external vendors
Create and manage production budgets and program expenses per campaign
Drive forecasting for revenue based on program launch plans
Ensure all tracking requirements are met (work with analytics team as needed to establish tracking programs)
Coordinate with Insights & Analytics post-launch to ensure that all elements are performing as expected
Identify risks, manage roadblocks, overcome issues, and handle escalations as needed
Communicate effectively and efficiently to sales team & all stake holders; manage expectations
Be advocate for advertisers & sales to ensure that programs are delivered as sold
Qualifications:
2-4 Years in a Program Management role in the Digital Media space- publisher or agency preferred
Experience producing digital products for online advertising clients
Experience with and understanding of digital media technologies (HTML, CMS, etc.)
Strong attention to detail
Exceptional writing, communication and leadership skills
Ability to juggle multiple products at once in fast moving, dynamic environment
Experience managing a small team
College degree or equivalent experience
