Ad Sales Coordinator RMG Networks
PURPOSE: To provide support for the Regional Ad Sales organization through preparation of reports, presentations, sales planning and additional coordination to assist the Sales team.
Reports to: Vice President, Sales
Positions Supervised: n/a
Interrelationships: Internal: All levels of employees at RMG Networks. External: Key Clients; Agencies; Consultants; Vendors.
Serve as the Primary support contact for the Directors and VPs of Ad Sales and their day-to-day functions.
Handle meeting logistics.
Create and distribute sales presentations and proposals.
Effectively communicate all internal sales requests and communications.
Keeping Marketing materials up to date and fulfilling requests for these materials.
Experience and Skills:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
At least 2 years of administrative experience working with an Ad Sales team?preferably at an advertising / media planning agency and/or an ad-supported media company.
Excellent skills in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Highly professional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, rapidly evolving and emerging environment.
Must be able to effectively multi-task and assess project and workflow based on managing multiple deadlines.
Ability to participate in a variety of roles as situation demands including proposal generation, RFP analysis, data mining, research, graphic design/presentation development.
Energetic, team-oriented, hard-worker with a desire to learn the sales flow process and strategy in the digital OOH marketplace.
