Ad Solutions Manager Zillow
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Ad Solutions Manager provides marketing support to the sales team to help reach established revenue goals. This position will play a key role in driving revenue and coordinating execution for Zillow through desktop and mobile marketing. Successful candidates will be proactive, organized and detail oriented with excellent communication skills. Position reports into Director, Ad Solutions.
Help in creation of branded proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. Develop and update core sales materials (sell sheets, presentations) for use on client pitches.
Brainstorm new advertising sponsorships and products with the Director, Ad Solutions. Work with internal and external resources to execute these ideas and packages.
Help sales team prepare for external sales calls/meetings by providing comScore research and mock development. Respond quickly and proficiently to client RFPs.
Manage execution of custom client creative. Handle communication with sales reps and advertisers to get creative approvals.
Coordinate email marketing newsletters. Create calendar of topics and with the Director, Ad Solutions to develop and publish content.
Support local events for Industry Relations team. Responsibilities include booking venues, managing invitations and RSVPs and insuring all elements of the event are executed.
5-7 years office working experience, ideally in media/publishing/advertising/marketing.
PC based software expertise, including: Internet usage, Excel, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat Writer, Outlook and PowerPoint. Photoshop a plus.
Proficiency with comScore.
Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
Ability to think strategically and creatively.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills
