The Digital Ad Trafficker is responsible for all aspects of ad campaign fulfillment: ad testing and implementation, rich media production, campaign setup, and delivery and performance monitoring and optimization.
The successful candidate is highly detail-oriented, analytical, innovative with strong technical aptitude and experience, and thrives in a successful, fast-paced environment. We?re looking for a proven ability to manage significant volumes of campaign details and multiple projects at once. Ad Ops interfaces daily with Account Management, Sales, Product Development, and Agencies/Clients and must have excellent communication skills.
Responsible for ensuring campaign accuracy and fulfillment.
Learn and follow the specific procedures for campaign implementation using Crisp?s and third party rich media ad platform and third party ad trafficking and media buying systems.
In conjunction with the Account Management team, manage and service clients to ensure accurate ad trafficking, tracking implementation, contract fulfillment, and qualiy control.
Test and review advertising creative for correct functionality and analytics implementation.
Work with internal staff on all elements related to successful campaign delivery. This includes, but is not limited to: specifications, submission, quality control, ad trafficking, debugging, IO fulfillment, discrepancy management, and inventory needs management across multiple properties and platforms.
Identify and fully resolve any problem relating to ad setup, serving, performance optimization, inventory and margin optimization and tracking, and metrics analysis and interpretation.
Work remotely and off hours to ensure successful launches, as well as troubleshooting off hours campaign issues
Continuously focus on ensuring revenue recognition/retention, increasing renewal rates and advertising spend, and apply campaign optimization strategies.
1+ years direct ad operations experience.
Familiarity and direct hands-on experience with advertising implementation and related concepts, particularly in mobile and/or rich media.
Direct hands-on experience with advertising implementation and related concepts (tracking pixels, 3rd party tags, click trackers, macros, research vendors, CPM, CPV, CPC, CPA, CPI, etc).
Familiarity with mobile related concepts (device landscape, connectivity, latency, ad formats, rich media providers, targeting data, programmatic, mobile web, native applications, etc) is a plus.
Superior analytical skills with unwavering attention to detail.
Strong decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills with proven ability to identify and prioritize critical issues.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to handle fast-paced, stressful situations and deadline pressure.
High level of initiative and works well in a team environment.
Experience in ad operations for an ad network is a plus.
Experience using OpenX Enterprise and self-serve rich media platforms, particularly in mobile, is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience with trafficking/media buying in top DSPs and/or exchanges is a plus.
