Job Summary:
Internet Broadcasting is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join its growing digital advertising team as a full time Digital Ad Trafficking Coordinator. The Digital Ad Trafficking Coordinator is responsible for implementing and troubleshooting digital advertising campaigns for our local media publishers. The ideal candidate will have previous internet ad trafficking experience in a media, radio, print or TV environment. Experience working with Doubleclick?s DFP is strongly preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Essential Job Functions
Schedule ad campaigns using Doubleclick?s DFP.
Review, test, and QA ad creative.
Work with Campaign Specialists & Graphic Designers to resolve any outstanding campaign issues.
QA online ad campaign delivery.
Monitor ad delivery and ensure all aspects of the campaign are delivered fully and on time.
Troubleshoot 3rd party ad tags & ad related issues.
Add and remove ad code from web pages as needed
Coordinate with programmers to ensure that sites are properly prepared to display ads at and during the scheduled timeframe.
Qualifications & Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) Required:
Experience with Doubleclick?s DFP is strongly preferred
Previous Internet ad trafficking experience a plus
Self-starter with the ability to collaborate in a team environment, as well as the ability to work independently.
Must be well organized with a high attention to detail.
Must have very strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks under a tight deadline
Technical troubleshooting experience preferred
Previous experience working in a CMS preferred
Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and Flash is helpful
Other Details:
Job requires working on a personal computer for extended periods of time; at least 7 hours per day. Also requires willingness to work occasionally on evenings and weekends as necessary to meet project deadlines.
