Ad Trafficking Manager, Digital Agency Internet Broadcasting Systems
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Internet Broadcasting is looking for an enthusiastic, deadline driven, detail oriented leader to join our growing digital agency as an Ad Trafficking Manager. The Ad Trafficking Manager will focus on leading the Ad Trafficking team in the implementation and support of over 25,000 annual digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit with previous leadership experience in digital media, and have excellent business acumen, communication and collaboration skills.
Oversight of daily operations for the Ad Trafficking team, including:
- Scheduling and delivery monitoring of ad campaigns using multiple ad trafficking systems, primarily dfp by Google.
- Review, testing, and QA of ad creative and campaign delivery.
- Cross-departmental collaboration to quickly identify and resolve campaign issues.
- 3rd party ad tags & ad related issue resolution.
- Management of offshore resources.
Identifying and addressing team training needs
Managing, updating and creating documentation in support of ad scheduling and QA for ad products and templates
Professional development of team members
Managing day-to-day personnel needs
Creating a culture of execution
Digital media innovation within the team, department and organization as a whole
Experience with dfp by Google and/or other ad serving platforms in support of display, video and mobile
Experience managing and leading teams.
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent
Ability to grasp new technologies quickly
Working knowledge of HTML
Self-starter with the ability to lead teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Job requires working on a personal computer for extended periods of time, an average of 7 hours per day.
Job requires frequent communication via email and in person.
Job requires ability to work occasionally on evenings and weekends, as necessary to meet project deadlines.
