Ad Trafficking Manager Medialets

Medialets is looking for an energetic and highly motivated Ad Operations Manager to serve as a technical consultant to identify, develop, and implement time and expense saving operational solutions via software or processes.
In addition to helping to identify, resolve, communicate, track and report on all online advertising-related issues, this position also involves supporting the monthly billing and inventory forecasting process to track campaign performance and delivery.
Responsibilities include daily management of trafficking, pacing, optimization, and reporting of ad campaigns; manage, and be accountable for trafficking and operations quality metrics; review and test creative, to understand and QA varying rich media creative types from numerous vendors.
Activities also include interfacing with Sales team, Clients and/or ad agencies to flawlessly implement advertising campaigns; supporting the Medialets Ad Operations/Sales Management team; supporting Accounting & Finance team for accurate invoicing of assigned advertising campaigns.
Acting as the company wide escalation point for advertising issues, you will develop and maintain relationships with applicable industry organizations and leverage resources for best practices, policies and certifications.
You must have a clear understanding of tracking and or campaign implementation with a concentration on clean analytics and overall industry campaign performance factors allowing for the ability to make recommendation to both internal and external parties to accomplish campaign needs.
You will serve as the liaison between advertising teams and each vendor for issue resolution and feature requests, you will periodically review process with our advertising teams, looking to software and/or vendor solutions to address pain points or improve organizational efficiency for advertising processes.
You will administer internal advertising tools, ensuring they are up-to-date and that the functionality evolves with the needs of our Products, as well as, maintain creative advertising specifications and external specs databases.
You enjoy building and maintaining strong relationships with network partners and clients.
You have outstanding follow-up / follow-through, problem solving and time management skills.
You are comfortable and experienced with a fast paced, highly collaborative start-up environment.
