The Office Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating office operations and activities including, but not limited to information management, office supplies and inventory, filing, building security system, incoming and outgoing mail, related vendor contracts and various administrative and clerical duties.
The Nitty Gritty:
Greet guests and answer reception/corporate phone
Procure office supplies and manage/negotiate office services
Responsible for managing incoming and outgoing company mail
Manages and orders weekly grocery store delivery and coffee supplies through current vendor(s)
Maintains all conference rooms, including managing supplies, preparing for meetings and general maintenance
Responsible for managing company security system and employee badge process
Assists COO with facility management and building projects
Orders, delivers and sets up meals for various lunch meetings
Assist in the maintenance and improvement of the Company?s intranet
Responsible for making sure all office systems are working properly
Maintains a clean, organized, and well-loved office
Provide additional support on special projects and other duties as assigned
Position Must Have?s:
Strong communication and organization skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast paced environment
Team player mentality with a willing-to-help attitude
Minimum 2-3 years? experience as an Office Manager
Web and computer literate (highly skilled in Microsoft Word and Outlook, proficient in PowerPoint and Excel)
Able to prioritize and multitask
Positive attitude and sense of humor
