Palantir Technologies is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to work with our Business Development Operations team in their mission to anticipate and fulfill the operational needs of the business as we deliver Palantir to the world. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate international and domestic travel itineraries, including arranging point-to-point transportation and booking hotel accommodations
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings
- Create and maintain internal website content
- Handle logistics for tradeshow conferences- making hotel reservations, booking travel, ordering and shipping supplies
- Prepare expense reports
- Work closely with inter-departmental teams
- Take on an array of special projects for the Business Development Operations team

- Bachelors degree required
- At least 2 years of relevant experience required.
