TiER1 is looking for an Administrative Assistant who can be part of a rapidly growing consulting company to support the Finance, Human Resources, and Office/Administrative departments. We are looking for a top performer with a great deal of initiative who is able to manage the details of the position, communicate effectively with others and still able to look for opportunities to improve the business.
Primary duties and responsibilities
Schedule appointments and coordinate communications with employees regarding multiple internal administrative functions.
Develop/streamline processes to report meetings and other administrative functions on a timely basis.
Assist with Human Resources and Recruiting administrative projects and tasks.
Assist with monthly general ledger reconciliations.
Maintain files as needed within each department.
Perform such other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time? quite often on short notice.
Assist with front desk responsibilities including (but are not limited to) greeting clients and visitors and answering phones.
Must be detail-oriented, but understand the broader context of responsibilities.
Must have excellent technology skills, especially in all Microsoft Office functions.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
Must have strong organizational skills and a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures.
Be well-respected, trustworthy and have great interpersonal skills.
Must align well with the TiER1 culture by enjoying a collaborative work environment, be disciplined but entrepreneurial and creative, place a high value on personal relationships and the opportunity to impact people, have very high personal standards of excellence, and value the creation of value for others.
Business Management, Accounting, or Human Resources degree preferred.
