Allegro seeks to hire an Adminstrative Assistant. As an administrative assistant, you will have an opportunity to work in an administrative capacity supporting both the Finance department and executive team for a global software company.
Challenges of the position include:
Assisting in research and analysis for corporate and sales operations projects.
Assisting in forecast data compilation.
Assisting in CRM data maintenance.
Assisting the CFO and Finance department with various projects
Qualifications for consideration:
Bachelor?s degree preferred
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
An enthusiastic self-starter with proven problem solving skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
