Responsibilities:
We are looking for a talented, smart, and energetic person that can work with our team to keep the office running efficiently. The ideal candidate for this position is someone that is highly organized, open to learning and willing to jump in and complete tasks in all departments as needed. You will be working with like-minded individuals who are redefining an industry by bringing about a revolution in how people pay for products and services.
Responsibilities:
Assume receptionist duties, greet public and refer them to appropriate staff members, answer phone, route calls, and take messages.
Assist staff with administrative duties as requested.
Assist the accounting and operations departments as needed.
Provide backup support for customer service efforts during peak seasons.
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies for a growing business, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
Coordinate travel and lodging for sales team and visiting clients.
Facilitate special event organization and execution, including office meetings and parties.
Maintain workflow by studying processes, implementing cost reductions, and developing procedures.
Maintain and organize use of phone and online conferencing tools.
Provide information by answering questions and requests.
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of general office machines and telephone system.
High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
Strong Preference to candidates with:
Education or work experience in HR, accounting, information systems or computer science.
